Happy with our service in Davie? We'd love your review โ it helps other locals find us!
Leave us a Google ReviewThe outbuildings are what make Davie different. Barns, tack rooms and equipment sheds usually get whatever padlock was in the truck, and they hold thousands of dollars of tack and tools. A proper shrouded padlock or a keyed-alike set costs very little against what is behind the door.
On the residential side the split is wide. Pine Island Ridge and the condo sections are 1970s and 80s hardware that has simply aged out. The newer acreage builds off Griffin and Stirling tend to have gates and keypads, where the failure is electronic rather than mechanical.
